Refund policy
Kindred Hearts Embraced, LLC, has a no-return/no-refund policy unless the product is deemed defective from the manufacturer, is not the correct item as ordered, or is lost in transit, in which case we will work with you and the manufacturer for a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 25-day refund and replacement policy for items that are deemed defective/damaged/wrong item from the manufacturer, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement from us.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will be required to email us a clear photo showing the damage or incorrect product.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse. Please carefully consult the size charts before ordering. We do not accept any items shipped to our business address for Kindred Hearts Embraced, LLC.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. This timeframe is to allow us to escalate the issue with the manufacturer, so that they can review and correct the issue per their policies. For a defective product, you do not need to return it to the packing slip address, per the manufacturer's guidance. Please contact us at info@kindredheartsembraced.com if it has been more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date.
For accepted refunds/replacements: we will notify you via email when your refund/replacement has been approved or denied. We will notify you again once we’ve received confirmation from the manufacturer that the refund/replacement is in progress, as applicable.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For replacements, we will notify you of the timeframe provided by the manufacturer.
