Shipping policy

Please triple-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@kindredheartsembraced.com. We will be able to fix this for you as long as the order is still in fulfillment and hasn't been marked as Shipped. Once the order is marked as Shipped, the address can no longer be changed. 

Fulfillment

  • Standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days. 
  • Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

 

Shipping time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:

    • Domestic orders: 1–8 business days.
